There are more perils and pitfalls in buying and selling houses than even a National Event can throw at you.

Ali's points about handling risk are very pertinent but we have made our BIG decision and are leaving Leeds after 30+ years.  We are very grateful for the wonderful send-off we have been given.  June 21st was a lovely evening and we appreciated the company of those able to come and the good wishes of those who couldn't.  We got beautiful gifts in glassware but best of all we received honorary life membership of this brilliant club and for that we say a heartfelt thank you.  We plan to be at Boggle and at other events and we'd be delighted to see YOU in Whitley Bay.  'The  British' weather isn't typical!!    The Masons xx
