VENUE The event will be signposted from Londesborough village which is best approached from the roundabout on the A163 2km north of Market Weighton.  Parking will be in a field near Park Farm at SE/876463.  Please drive slowly through the village and the park.  There will be a parking charge of £1 and drinks for sale for a donation to a local charity.  Start and finish will be about 500m from the parking field.
Dogs are not allowed because of farm animals near the parking area.
TERRAIN Fast open parkland with more complex areas of woodland and some steep slopes.
COURSES All BOF courses with the junior courses JM1/2/3/4, JW1/2/3/4, JM5 S/M/L and JW5 S/L.  There will be orange and light green colour coded courses intended for seniors only.  A string course will be available.  SI punching will be used.
MAP 1:15000 surveyed in  Spring 2003 with some updating in February 2004.
ENTRIES These should be on the form below or a standard BOF entry form for Badge courses.  Entries should be sent to Brian Ward at the address below.  The closing postmark date is 15/3/04.  Final details and start times will be published on the HALO website but please include a stamped addressed envelope for this information if you want a printed copy.
There will be entry on the day for the two colour coded courses for adults.  There will be late entry/entry on the day subject to a surcharge and map availability for Badge courses.
FEES Badge courses: Seniors £6.50 Juniors £3     (Cheques payable to HALO)
£1/50p surcharge for late entry/entry on the day/non-BOF seniors.
SI card hire     £1  Colour coded courses £3.50       
Juniors  are expected to enter the Junior courses at the same fee.
