Calling all Juniors! Your Club Needs You!
at the Yvette Baker Trophy Final
7th  December at Mundford, Norfolk.

The good news is the club have agreed to pay all your travel costs if you travel with us by minibus and half the entry fee. That leaves £1.75 for your entry.
The bad news is the event is a long way away.  We will have to leave Skipton (the first pick up point) no later than 7 o'clock. We are unlikely to be back (to Skipton) before 6 o'clock.  It will be a long day.
We think we will need 2 minibuses.  To make sure we don't waste the club's money we need to hear from you
as soon after you read this as possible.
Entry to the event is through the club only and all entries are pre-entry.

We will need to know:-
1 Whether you are coming or not.  (Let us know if you cannot come then we  won't chase you up unnecessarily)
2 Whether you wish to travel independently or by minibus.
3 Your si number (if you have one)
I don't think there will be any caterers at the event so bring some lunch.  We will probably stop for a snack on the way back.
Can the
university crew (Becky, Kathy, Tom, Rob and Matt) let us know your travel requirements.  We should be able to give a lift to the Sheffield crew.  (Nottingham and Oxford will probably overstretch our resources! )
The
Ermysted's crew should let Mr Gill know their intentions.

Please let Andrew Kelly know your intentions at the Club Weekend or else contact Chris Burden at 01274 583853 or at chris.burden@btinternet.com

Nov 8-9 Club weekend in Lakes
The November junior coaching session will take place on the Saturday of the club weekend, on the Bigland Estate.  Bigland is a superb area, used for the JK in 1993, and a great introduction to the Lake District (next year's JK is only a couple of miles away)

ILKLEY MOOR October 12th
There was a good turn out of juniors and parents at the Cow and Calf on a rather raw  but sunny morning and we practised setting the map using the compass and reading the map accurately enough to put out controls for others.
