The Annual General Meeting was held at the Cow and Calf Hotel, Ilkley and attended by 32 members. It was preceded by Chris Burden's Star Relay event on Ilkley Moor and rounded off with a quiz organised by Antony and Carol Cam.
The business end of the meeting saw the four main officials re-elected and Simon Brook welcomed as Club Statistician. (the full list is on p.2). The treasurer reported a healthy balance and the accounts and budget for the coming year (after discussion) were accepted. Subscriptions and colour coded event entry fees are to remain the same.

Lisa Broadest presented the Chairman's review of the year and discussion which followed ranged widely -- differential entry fees for members / non-members; BOF recommendations on taking photographs of juniors; the need for more controllers; event entry fees and the pleasures of club members sharing accommodation at home and abroad.

Pam and Graham Stuart would be pleased to hear from you if you have anything belonging to the club which is still lurking in your garage, loft, shed etc. They are anxious to do a stock-taking of all Airienteers'
equipment so please let them know what you have …..now !
