The affairs of the club are conducted by an Executive Committee consisting of four Officers -
Chairman, Secretary, Treasurer and Fixtures Secretary -
and up to eight other elected members. All committee members are elected at the Annual General Meeting.
As well as elected committee members we also have several other non-elected roles for people with specific jobs such as managing the website or making signs.
Committee meetings are held once a month with roughly every 3rd meeting replaced with a social - usually meeting in a pub for drinks and/or a meal.
Not all committee members can attend the meetings, nor need to, but the work they do for the club is still valuable and very much appreciated.
All members are welcome to attend any committee meeting to find out what goes on or have a say.
